Piriformis syndrome is a condition that causes pain, numbness, or tingling in the buttocks and down the back of the leg. It occurs when the piriformis muscle spasms and compresses the sciatic nerve.

00:08I am building my, I have piriformis syndrome,

00:12so it's a muscle that kind of clamps down

00:15on my sciatic nerve.

00:17And it was shooting down my leg.

00:19I thought I was gonna have to have hip replacement.

00:21Thank God, my hips are fine.

00:22I have to work my tiny little bottom and my hips.

00:26I have to work the bottom and work my hip.

00:29I just do it every day.

00:30And you compensate and then everything starts to regulate.

00:33Yes, and it doesn't hurt anymore.

00:35It's a miracle.
