Actor Robert Powell has spoken out about his four-year battle with Camden Council over e-bikes piling up in a parking bay outside his Highgate home.The Bafta-nominated actor, known for his roles in Jesus of Nazareth and Holby City, said he had “sent 570 photographs” showing the bikes cluttering his doorstep and had urged the council to intervene via email.
