00:13Today marks the 126th anniversary of the establishment of the First Republic of the Philippines.

00:21Under the PESA of the Republic of the Philippines, the date of January 23 was declared as the day of the First Republic of the Philippines.

00:31This is also the day of the first president of the Philippines, Emilio Aguinaldo.

00:37Our constitution has a lot of things that don't seem to be happening according to our current constitution.
