After attending a programme at the Inaugural Asia International Security Summit and Expo 2025 on Wednesday (Jan 22), Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil told the media that the decision to end toll-free festivities had yet to be finalised as this will only be decided by the Cabinet on Jan 24.
