PM, entire cabinet express highest appreciation to all involved in National Day celebration

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the entire Unity Government Cabinet on Tuesday (Sept 3)  congratulated and expressed their highest appreciation to all involved in the National Day celebration last Saturday (Aug 31).  Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil said the Prime Minister also extended his appreciation and congratulated the Communications Ministry and the National Unity Ministry for the meticulous preparations and successful implementation of the event. 00:00On this day, the Ministerial Council has discussed a number of issues and started, among other things,

00:07with a thank-you speech by the Ministers to the Ministry of Coordination, the Ministry of Communication

00:37The Minister said that he was touched and highly appreciated and congratulated especially

00:45the Human Graphic team, which are students from secondary schools and also IPTs.

00:51He asked for an event to be organized to thank the team.

01:02Indeed, at the Ministry of Communication, we will arrange an appreciation session,

01:07but the Prime Minister asked to consider something for the Human Graphic team,

01:14who have been ready to go to Tapak since 2-3 a.m.

01:20They were the first to arrive in terms of preparation and also the last.

01:26From the beginning to the end, they showed a high spirit.

01:35This brought a difference and a good feeling among the attendees and those who watched at home.

01:47The Prime Minister also stated that the National Day welcome this year,

01:52not only held in Putrajaya, but also in many countries,

01:58which is an indication that the spirit of love for our country is clearly demonstrated

02:08and we need to continue this spirit.

02:12He also said that at the Ministry of Communication, we have discussed a few things

02:20that can be improved in terms of preparation for next year.
