00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was surprised by the Senate Bill No. 1979 or Anti-Adolescent Pregnancy Bill.

00:09Although he values the teaching of reproductive health,

00:12prevention of premature pregnancy and human immunodeficiency virus in children,

00:18the President does not agree with some parts of it,

00:21such as the teaching of masturbating children under the age of 4

00:26and to try different sexualities.

00:29As a parent, he is amazed by the content of the Senate Bill.

00:35He also opposed the true meaning of sex education

00:38and he said that it is not in the law if what is mentioned is included in the Senate Bill.

01:00...that they are trying to bring into our system.

01:03You will teach 4-year-olds how to masturbate

01:09that every child has the right to try different sexualities.

01:15This is ridiculous. It is abhorrent.

01:19It is a travesty of what sexual and sex education should be to the children.

01:25What about the parents?

01:26They don't have the right to decide what and when to teach the child.

01:33And I am already guaranteeing that this is not passed yet.

01:38But if this bill is passed in that form,

01:44I guarantee all parents, teachers and children, I will immediately veto it.
