00:06It is under the visa of Proclamation 820

00:10that was passed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin

00:13in line with the so-called proclamation to expand the freedom of Filipinos

00:19up to the desired protection from various social issues of the country.

00:24It is important in response to poverty,

00:27inequality,

00:29and the rise of the Filipinos' well-being

00:32as well as their well-being

00:34amid changes in the social and economical landscape.

00:39The Social Development Committee Subcommittee on Social Protection

00:44is in charge of the expansion of Social Protection Month

00:47and is urged by other government agencies

00:51to share and support it.
