Consistency. Most people, like in any business, people give up way too early before they reach

to the pivot to the next stage of their career, their business. It's the same with growing

followers. You need to show up every single day, day in, day out, and one of those days,

and that's what all creators go for. You're always looking for that one piece of content

that will go viral. And once you get there, it just spirals.

In my opinion, two answers. One is consistency. You have to be willing to upload every single

day, even multiple times if you can. And number two, you have to give value. So that's either

going to be entertainment or education. For me, I love educating my community about what

it takes to be a great athlete. So if you can tap into education, and you have the consistency

over time, you're going to reach that mark.

The one do is just to start creating, and the easiest way to create is to document.

So post every day, make that an accountability to post every single day, and just document

part of what you're doing. What is your goal? Share that with the audience, and then share

the process of how you're going to get to that goal. And what not to do? Don't overthink.
