I believe we have to let the due process take its course.
00:29
To run its course, which includes the investigation part.
00:35
We need the due process to run as it should in accordance to the law.
00:43
So for me, we need to make sure that we give space to the investigation.
00:50
And this investigation is not only in the context of what the Ministry of Chemistry is doing.
00:57
But the entire investigation, various processes.
01:00
So we let the investigation be completed as I mentioned earlier.
01:06
That's it.
01:07
Whatever it is, our commitment at the KPDN, and I'm sure the government's commitment as well,
01:13
is to ensure that the investigation is carried out smoothly, immediately, justice is served.
01:21
So we have to let the due process take its course and run its course.
01:28
Includes the investigation part.
01:32
So whatever the findings are, if there are no cases, we will inform you.
01:43
And if there are cases, including the decision of the Ministry of Chemistry,
01:50
for me, the best platform to inform you is through an investigation.
01:58
So that through the investigation, we will be able to say what the evidence is, what the case is.
02:04
We don't have to speculate.
02:07
So bear in mind that there are certain cases that sometimes,
02:12
when the case is brought to court, it is eventually dismissed due to technicalities.
02:19
There were cases recently as well.
02:21
So let's not interfere with the investigation.
02:23
Don't pressure, don't speculate.
02:26
Again, I would like to stress, let the due process take its course.
02:32
Let's not speculate and so on.
02:34
That's the best thing to do.
02:36
But our commitment, we need to ensure it is investigated immediately.
02:42
And if there are cases, we will send it to the AG.
02:46
The AG will decide what the next course of action is.
