Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali has urged patience regarding the controversial "ham and cheese" sandwich issue, saying due process should take its course.  The Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister also asked the public not to speculate and to allow the investigation to proceed. 01:07Whatever it is, our commitment at the KPDN, and I'm sure the government's commitment as well,

01:13is to ensure that the investigation is carried out smoothly, immediately, justice is served.

01:21So we have to let the due process take its course and run its course.

01:28Includes the investigation part.

01:32So whatever the findings are, if there are no cases, we will inform you.

01:43And if there are cases, including the decision of the Ministry of Chemistry,

01:50for me, the best platform to inform you is through an investigation.

01:58So that through the investigation, we will be able to say what the evidence is, what the case is.

02:07So bear in mind that there are certain cases that sometimes,

02:12when the case is brought to court, it is eventually dismissed due to technicalities.

02:19There were cases recently as well.

02:21So let's not interfere with the investigation.

02:26Again, I would like to stress, let the due process take its course.

02:32Let's not speculate and so on.

02:34That's the best thing to do.

02:36But our commitment, we need to ensure it is investigated immediately.

02:42And if there are cases, we will send it to the AG.

02:46The AG will decide what the next course of action is.
