00:38According to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, it is impossible for any funding items to be left blank
00:44since it is being spread by misinformed and malicious sources like a former president.
00:51According to Bersamin, there are 4,057 pages of two thick volumes with almost 60 lines on each page.
01:00Hundreds of professionals from the Congress and the Department of Budget and Management
01:07are being investigated line-by-line by Bersamin on the National Budget this year
01:12to ensure that there is no discrepancy or difference in the contents of the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
01:21Whoever is behind the malicious investigation of the 2025 National Budget that can be seen by the public on the DBM website
01:30will also have the same conclusion that there is no program, activity or project
01:36that has a blank allocation in the carefully calculated budget this year.
01:40Spreading such misinformation or fake news, Bersamin said,
01:44is highly malicious and should be considered an act of crime.
01:50The Executive Secretary added that the former president should know that this is not the first time
01:55that there are no blank items in the budget.
