President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. assures the public that services of the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) will run without a hitch even with zero government subsidy for 2025.

00:00And this is my guarantee. My guarantee is very simple. Even if there is a subsidy, even if there is no subsidy, even if there is a contribution, all of these issues, the service of PhilHealth will not be reduced.
00:15PhilHealth's payment will not be reduced. In fact, we will increase the service that PhilHealth will provide. We will increase the payment of insurance claims.
00:33So, I would like to just assure everybody, don't worry that the service will be reduced for anyone, for seniors, for the poor, for the middle class.
00:45Nothing will be reduced, not even a cent. Quite the opposite. We will increase that in 2025. The service that PhilHealth will provide will be even more. The payment that will be given to insurance claims will be even greater.
01:03So, don't worry. Nothing will be lost in the service of PhilHealth. We are improving the service of PhilHealth so that more will be given to the people.
