01:21that people have been demanding for the Mahiyya Yojana.

01:28the elderly women, the divyang women,

01:31who are the most fortunate,

01:33who should have been getting Rs. 2500,

01:37Now all those people are widowed.

01:39What did they say about the farmers?

01:41They said that they will buy rice for Rs. 3200 per quintal.

01:46Now the government is buying rice for Rs. 2400 per quintal.

01:50So the Indian government is paying Rs. 2400 per quintal.

01:54So today the government is giving a bonus of Rs. 100 per quintal.

01:58They had announced in their election manifesto

02:02that if the government is formed,

02:04we will buy rice for Rs. 2400 per quintal.

02:07And Jharkhand has been a de-fascist state in the field of farming.

02:15So the farmers should be encouraged more.

02:18In fact, they should buy rice at higher prices

02:21so that the farmers can do farming.

02:24But here the government is doing the opposite.

02:27It is deceiving the farmers by telling them.

02:30And in the rice that they are buying,

02:32they are buying 10 to 15 kilos of rice per quintal

02:36in the name of moisture.

02:40And I had said that we will buy gas cylinders for Rs. 450 per quintal.

02:45Now the government is quiet about all this.

02:49Whatever has happened now,

02:54In the future, we will form a government.
