03:12their representatives were here.

03:21You, the customers of the bank here,

03:25you cannot compare them with other states,

03:28with big states.

03:30But the challenge is that

03:32even today, when the bankers make policies,

03:35or make their own programs,

03:37or make their own planning,

03:39then they take only 30% of the population into consideration.

03:46no one thinks about them.

04:33the banks have appointed their BCs at the rural level.

04:36Their job is to go to the rural areas

04:39and help the villagers with small things

04:42like opening a bank account or withdrawing money.

04:47I don't say this about everyone,

04:49but there are some people who have come out to collect money.

04:52If they want to withdraw their money,

04:54then give them 1000 rupees.

04:56If your bank account has been frozen

04:58because there is no KYC,

05:00then give them 2000 rupees to open it.
