00:00The law and order system in Maharashtra has been completely shattered.

00:15The government has put pressure on the administration.

00:21There is political oppression.

00:23And the biggest example of this is what we see every day in Beed.

00:28A police report states that in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Nagpur,

00:37there have been the highest number of cases of exploitation against women.

00:41In Maharashtra, the highest number of women are missing.

00:44If Baba Siddiqui is murdered in a financial capital like Mumbai,

00:52Salman Khan has to put bulletproof glass on the windows of his house,

00:58and Saif Ali Khan has to enter his house and attack him,

01:04no matter what his motive is.

01:06What is his motive? Has he come to steal? Or is it something else?

01:10This will be known after the investigation.

01:12So this is a complete failure of the Home Minister and the government.

01:18Political participation should be stopped immediately.

01:21If the Chief Minister is very busy,

01:24then the Home Ministry should give it to an independent, competent minister.

01:29Otherwise, if Maharashtra and especially Mumbai,

01:34which is the economic capital of the country,

01:36is defamed for the law and order system,

01:39then it will have very bad consequences.

01:42There will be consequences on investment.

01:44There will be no foreign investment.

01:48And the name of Maharashtra is also getting defamed.

01:53This should be stopped.

01:55There is no culture of resignation in BJP.

01:58Success or failure, there is no morality left.

02:02At least the name of Maharashtra should not be defamed.

02:06This is our demand.

03:37This is sheer case of fall off, degradation of law and order in Maharashtra.

03:52If people like Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan and other celebrities are not safe,

03:57what can we talk about?

03:59What will be the level of security of a common man?

04:02Nobody is secured in Maharashtra.

04:05And the most glaring example of fall off law and order is the issue of BID and Parbhani.

04:14It has great repercussions on economy

04:17because Mumbai is economic capital of the country.

04:20And if it has no proper law and order,

04:23foreign investment will not come.

04:26So my request is, if CM is busy in other works,

04:30is not able to handle Home Ministry,

04:33he should appoint some competent independent Home Minister for Maharashtra.

04:38Law and order state like Maharashtra is much more important.

04:42It has to be maintained at any cost.

04:45And political interference in police admission should be avoided.

04:51This is what the Congress has demanded from BJP, the government of Maharashtra.
