04:33It is a great privilege to be part of the Provasi Bharatiya Diwas here in the historical city of Bhubaneswar.

04:41I have fond recollections of PBD in 2019 in Varanasi where I was accorded the Provasi Bharatiya Diwas.

04:49It was a very great privilege and honor for me to be recognized by the Indian government.
