01:38years to come at least we are laying the foundation stone for that and i hope that this vision that we

01:44have it may take some time because there are a lot of challenges but i hope that it will happen

01:50in the years and the days in the years to come in the future so friends i will not take much time

01:56i know this is more of a student oriented program but it is it related i thought it's appropriate

02:02that i share some news about the it department also once again i congratulate all of you

02:40launched the psr the captain williamson samah state university i'm sure that even that

02:50launching of the university and having a first state university of our own

02:54a lot of people don't realize the importance of it today it looks like a small program that we have

03:01but many many years from now when all of you will be grown up you'll be working you'll have

03:08families you'll be in important positions you will remember this moment in this time when this

03:14university had come up and the transformation that it has brought to our state which i'm sure

03:20will happen in the days and the years to come so once again i thank all of you and i wish all of
