00:00So, the matter was listed today and we have concluded our arguments today from the petitioner's

00:19side.

00:20We made submissions before the court that writ and mandamus can be issued to the speaker

00:27for summoning the sitting of the house.

00:29We demand that the house should be summoned and those CAG reports be placed before the

00:35Bidhan Sabha.

00:36So, a court also asked a question that whether the court can issue direction to the speaker

00:40to hold a special session in SMB?

00:42Yes.

00:43And we did respond to that stating two examples.

00:46One is of the Madhya Pradesh Bidhan Sabha and one is of Maharashtra Bidhan Sabha.

00:51And in both the cases, Supreme Court has gone ahead to give direction to the speaker.

00:57And in one of the matter, the court has even given that timeline that how you have to

01:02deal with the sessions.

01:03So, the counsel from the opposite side also raised the objection that you people organized

01:04a press conference on the what happened today in the court.

01:05I will not be in a position to respond to that.

01:06Yes.

01:07I will only confine myself to the legal questions.

01:08So, what is the next course of action?

01:09What would be going to happen?

01:10The matter is listed on 16th at 2.30 pm and it is expected that the counsel for the speaker

01:26will be responding to the arguments that we have advanced today.
