00:00A series of wildfires in Southern California have forced thousands to evacuate, including

00:05many celebrities who have lost their homes.

00:08These fires started on January 7th with major blazes in Pacific Palisades, Pasadena and

00:14Altadena.

00:15By January 8th, over 1,100 structures were destroyed and 27,000 acres were burned.

00:22Many events were canceled and the fires are being called the most destructive in Los Angeles

00:26country's history.

00:29Most known celebrities have been impacted by the blazes.

00:32Mandy Moore told followers on Instagram she had fled with her children and pets from the

00:37pathway blaze that had left her Altadena neighborhood leveled.

00:41Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis was also forced to evacuate.

00:45Now Hotel Iris, Harris Hilton also posted a video on her social media account that showed

00:51the charred remains of her beachfront Malibu home and recalled some happy memories she

00:56and her family had there.
