00:00The case was filed by Satyaki Sawarkar, V. S. Sawarkar's nephew.
00:29The case was regarding defamatory words used by Rahul Gandhi at one occasion.
00:39Accordingly, till today the court proceedings were somewhat conducted, but Rahul Gandhi didn't appear prior to today's date.
00:52So today, through video conference, he appeared, to which we objected that there is no such provision for accused.

01:05So, accordingly, we objected for it, but still the court, considering the circumstances, granted him permission.
