00:00It is completely untrue and because of this, we had filed a defamation case.

00:07The case has been going on in the court since April 2023.

00:12The court had also sent a summons to Rahul Gandhi.

00:16After 2-3 dates of the summons, he had to finally appear today.

00:24Not physically, but through a video conference, he had to come.

00:30And this shows the strength of our court.

00:34What were your objections?

00:38My objections were that what Rahul Gandhi did at the time,

00:42that Savarkar ji and his 5-6 friends were beating up a Muslim man.

00:48Seeing this, Savarkar ji was very happy.

00:52And he has written all this in his book.

00:56So, no such incident took place regarding Savarkar ji.

01:01And when the incident did not take place,

01:04Savarkar ji has not mentioned this incident anywhere in his book.

01:09In all the books he has written, this incident has not been mentioned anywhere.

01:15So, this is a complete lie.

01:17Savarkar ji's Hindutva was an ideology.

01:22He has explained it in his book, Hindutva.

01:26And there is no such hooliganism in Hindutva.

01:31That 5-6 people together beat up a person,

01:35so that he remains weak and we remain strong.

01:38Then we will show our Hindutva.

01:40There is no such communal hatred.

01:44And I think all the leaders and all the people should read Savarkar ji's ideology.

01:51Because of this, we have filed this case.

01:53What do you expect from the court?

01:56The court expects that because of the way in which we have filed this case,

02:02whatever punishment the judiciary will give, we will have to accept it.
