00:00Vic Soto filed a cyber libel case against Daryl Yap because of the Pepsi Paloma teaser.

00:08Vic Soto filed 90 counts of cyber libel against the director, Daryl Yap.

00:14This was after Yap released the teaser of the upcoming film, The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma,

00:21where Soto's name was mentioned.

00:25In the teaser, you can see that the character, Pepsi, was asked if he was raped by Vic Soto,

00:31and he said yes, because of the teaser.

00:35Yesterday, the actor-host came to the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court to officially file a case

00:42with his wife, Pauline Luna, and his legal counsel, Edsorni Enrique de la Cruz.

00:49In an interview, Vic said that he did not ask for a consultation.

00:52He apologized or asked for his consent to be mentioned in the film.

00:58But he said that he has no hard feelings towards the actors of the film,

01:04because according to him, quote-unquote, nothing.

01:07It's just a job, no problem.

01:09He also added that his family and friends fully support him.

01:14When Vic replied to Daryl, he just said,

01:18Happy New Year!

01:20Meanwhile, the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court immediately ordered

01:23to take down the trailer or teaser of the so-called film.
