01:35And I want to say this much, you must have seen, because I talk to all the MLAs.

01:42There are many MLAs in our Shergarh, in Jogaram, in Chauthibhar and in many other places.

01:54They said that this is the first time that our budget came in July.

02:00And now I want to say that 98% of the land has been allotted and 95% of the land has been allotted.

02:12That is why I say that the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, does what he says.

02:18And I say that I am not talking about politics, I am talking about system change.

02:23So we will do this system change.

02:26I assure you that we will do this.

02:29Because what is needed in the country today, what is needed in the state, what is needed for the basic structure,

02:35and what is needed for the work of the four castes,

02:38youth, women, farmers, laborers, our government will work in their midst.
