00:00I'm from Portugal, I'm 25 years old. I love motorsport. I started racing in 2010 in karting

00:11and I jumped Rally Raid in 2019 and since then I've been growing and growing. 99% of

00:18my life this year was for racing and Rally Raid because I did more than 20 races.

00:25And it all started in the smaller classes where he learnt his trade, but now he's ready

00:30to compete amongst the big boys.

00:36Completely different cars, now we are in the ultimate class, like the top.

00:42I will fight with drivers that I grew up seeing on TV, so it will be an honour to fight against them.

00:50It will be very, very different compared to last year because last year with the Can-Am

00:56it was easy to cross the dunes because you have a lot of vision, the car is very light,

01:02you have a lot of power, a lot of acceleration.

01:09Now with this big car it will be more difficult, you cannot see as good, you feel more the

01:14impacts in the dunes. I get seasick, so in the dunes it's not the ideal situation,

01:20but we are happy to be here and we need to start to do races like this.

01:28It's true I've been growing a lot year by year. I'm a very competitive person,

01:34so it's clear that I don't grow fast enough because there are still drivers faster than

01:39me, but that's how I think because I want to be like them one day or even better than them.
