00:00First in the case, KTR will appear before the ACB today around 10.10.30 and from the
00:19day one we have been saying this is a fabricated case to fix KTR.
00:24There is no corruption in this, there are no malpractices in this.
00:28As a minister, KTR as a minister of then MAUD has taken a policy decision to ensure the
00:35race will continue in Hyderabad.
00:38In the place of A's next gen, he has allowed to include HMDA as a promoter to ensure the

01:34rules must be observed, rather implementation of the business rules is the responsibility
01:39of the officers concerned, not the ministers.
01:42But end of the day, these are all the issues which are in place, which are in the public
01:45domain but ultimate intention of the government is to fix KTR somehow and see that they wanted
01:51to see him in jail, they wanted to put us to the troubles, but however, as a law abiding
01:56citizen he will appear before the ACB and ED the next and he will come out clean in
02:03this particular case.
