00:09proposed plans. Empreen Properties Ltd wants to convert the old NatWest bank on the corner
00:16of Wells Road and Grenmore Road in Knoll into nine flats under these proposed plans. The
00:24plans have officially been submitted to Bristol City Council. The flats would spread across
00:29the old grand floor of the bank and two storeys of the offices above. The bank was used continuously
00:39from 1972 until the branch closed in July 2023 and the unit is currently vacant. The
00:47new flats would be next to the existing Lloyds Bank and opposite Broadwalk Shopping Centre
00:53which is due to be demolished. Plans have not yet been confirmed.
