00:00So, if I feel that I am doing the right thing, firstly, I must not doubt anybody's intention.

00:09But if for some reason somebody is going on a wrong path, it is our duty to correct that person.

00:18Not that that becomes the norm. Even if it is majority.

00:24A thousand lies don't make a truth. So, that is the way we should live.

00:34I think the values that you are learning here, these are the values that will hold you in good state in whatever field you go to,

00:45whatever you do. Whatever you do, if you remember these values, you will be good.

00:51You will always be successful. You will be happy.

00:54And to be happy in life should be in your hands only. It should not be in someone else's hands.

01:01If you want to do competition in life, you have to do it yourself.

01:05If my tomorrow is slightly better than today, I am a better person and I continue growing.

01:11But if I want to be better than person B, the day I become slightly above that person B, my competition stops.

01:19My growth stops.

01:23If your target is that my marks should be higher than someone else's, if he gets 85, the day you get 86%

01:31your target is achieved.

01:34And if you were happy that you got a particular toy or a mobile or something,

01:42the day your parents gave it to you, you were very happy.

01:45After a few days, the day another model comes, your happiness is over.

01:49Kyuki aapke dimaag mein uss doosra model ka aage baat.

01:52So, your happiness, your motivation should not be relying on somebody else's.

02:00It should be on you. So, I will be happy because I want to be happy. Come what may,

02:07whether I have something or not, I will be happy. And second, I will continue to compete with my own today.

02:14That means my tomorrow should be slightly better than my today. And that's it.

02:19And you will never go wrong. So, my compliments to DG NCC and the entire staff for, you know,

02:27doing this onerous job of grooming these young minds and to, and of course, to everybody,

02:37from NCC family and, you know, wish you a very happy 2025 and years beyond.

02:45And to the cadets, my congratulations that I am told that you are the chosen ones.

02:52There is only a couple of thousand who land up here out of those 20 lakh or 17 lakh that we have today.

02:59So, congratulations. Keep up this good work. Keep the josh alive.

03:04Please remain in this, if we can call it, mission mode throughout your life so that our nation grows at a much faster pace than what it is today.

03:12And make sure that you don't forget these things that are taught to you here.

03:21We are all very proud of you. And I wish you all the very best in life, all the success, all the happiness, good health.
