00:00The Honorable Education Minister, I'm going to request him for support in building the
00:06collaboration around the world.
00:08Around the world, international investments, if you have to bring in, then we need to have
00:12these collaborations to propagate, number one, culture as well as the business.
00:18Very important is to bring in internal investments from external forces, create investment partnership,
00:23joint venture in small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.
00:26As I mentioned, solar, wind, or biofuel, or biomass, those opportunities.
00:31And the government of Orissa is now giving land, a portion of the investment is coming
00:36in the form of land, and investment partnership can be created.
00:40And also we have plans to have seed capital from around the world for investment in green.
00:44We have concessional interest rate for debt.
00:49Equity can come from development banks and government of Orissa and government of India,
00:54and international investments can come as a partnership.
00:56And Orissa can provide that base.
00:58And that is what exactly we are looking at it.
01:01Education is a major opportunity because everyone has to focus on clean and sustainable development.
01:07Sustainable development framework is well-defined globally.
01:10India has taken it to next level.
01:12India's digital literacy, India's cultural oneness, India's lifting for financial inclusion
01:20is a showcase.
01:21In the last 10 years, what the Prime Minister has done is an amazing job.
01:25Do you have any plan to set any MOU or any, if you want, to development of the state of
01:33Orissa?
01:34Yeah, I do.
01:35I do have a plan, both in Tamil Nadu as well as here.
01:37And that is precisely the reason I want to meet the education minister.
01:41I have spoken to his office, and I hope I have the partnership endorsed by him.
01:46So essentially, the idea is to bring international investments and make sure we create an education
01:52revolution in terms of green, creating a digital education, green university based in Orissa.
02:00That is the plan and green banking.
02:02So having qualified as a green banker from Srisri University, from Bhubaneswar, I want
02:08to make sure green India comes from Orissa.
02:10This is also our plan.
02:12I'm going to meet the Reserve Bank of India as well.
02:15So as both of them were saying their love in Orissa, they're having good foods, gone
02:21through the tourism places.
02:23And in fact, Mr. Sitaraman has a long plan to invest international investment in Orissa
02:30in the field of education.
02:31He wants to set a green, see now the technology has given a transformation, climate change
02:38is a very, climate change, environmental change has a very major challenge for human society.
02:44So green revolution, in fact, he has started the green revolution and he wants to talk
02:49with the education minister, HRD minister, Dharmendra Pradhan tomorrow, and he wants
02:52to start a set up, a start up of education, green university in the place of Orissa, in
02:59the state of Orissa.
