00:28Based on the Commission on Elections, the list of candidates will be 41,678.

00:35This is from the 44,000 candidates who submitted their Certificates of Candidacy.

00:40However, there are some candidates on the list that are being issued that have not withdrawn their candidacies,

00:48especially in the National positions.

00:50One of them is Congressman Rodante Marcoleta, who withdrew his candidacy in running for senator.

00:56According to the Commission on Elections, his name is still included in the balotas.

01:52In the local opposition, although the Comelec Division has already decided on the cancellation of the COC of Marikina Mayor Marci Tudoro,

02:31to the Kaposangkita Program or AKAP of the DSWD from the Election Spending Ban.

02:37At the same time, there are 27 other programs of the DSWD including AICs, 4Ps, Walang Gutom Program, and others.

02:46But even though the said programs are already exempted,

02:49the Comelec decided that a politician or a candidate should not be seen in the area while distributing aid.
