00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. presided over the first full cabinet meeting of the new year.

00:05Department of Transportation or DOT, our secretary Jaime Bautista said,

00:09one of the topics discussed was the implementation of government flagship infrastructure programs.

00:15Among the concerns are the issue on right-of-way for parcels of land

00:19that are either blocking or in the way of government's projects,

00:22like the North-South Commuter Railway, Metro Manila Subway, and MRT and others,

00:27which are aimed at improving public transportation in the country.

00:31The Transportation Department is already finding solutions to the problem

00:34and is coordinating with concern agencies like the Department of Human Assessments

00:38and Urban Development or DSUD for possible relocation of those

00:42who will be affected by the said infrastructure projects.

00:47We have organized an inter-agency committee among certain departments

00:55like the PWAs, the OJ, OSG, DSUD, and other government agencies for us to work together

01:09to resolve issues.
