00:00Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Russian forces lost up to a battalion

00:06of infantry during recent battles in the Kursk region.

00:10Speaking in an evening address on Saturday, Zelenskyy claimed the battalion included both

00:15North Korean soldiers and Russian paratroopers.

00:20He added the losses were predominantly during two days of fighting in the past week.

01:5512 and wounding at least four others.

01:58The man, named as 45-year-old Arko Matinovic, died after shooting himself in the head.

02:04The shooting, the second such incident in Cetinje, has caused shock and dismay across

02:09Montenegro.

02:10Officials have begun to look for ways to curb illegal weapons, with the National Security

02:15Council announcing measures to seize unregistered firearms.

02:19Prime Minister Milojko Spajic said that registered gun holders will undergo new security and

02:24psychological checks.

02:26He also promised draconian punishment for those who hold weapons illegally.

02:35Heavy snow and freezing rain brought widespread disruption across Europe on Sunday, particularly

02:41in Germany, where the extreme weather caused major disruption to transport.

02:46Frankfurt Airport cancelled 120 of its 1,090 planned take-offs and landings on Sunday,

03:38Austria's President Alexander von der Bellen announced he will meet with the right-wing

03:46Freedom Party's leader, Herbert Kickl, after multiple failed government coalition attempts.

03:52It comes after he met with Chancellor Karl Nehammer, who previously announced his intention

03:58to resign after failed coalition attempts between his conservative Austrian People's

04:03Party, the centre-left Social Democrats and the liberal NEOs.

04:08During these talks, it turned out that the voices within the People's Party, which

04:15are a part of a cooperation between the FPÖ and Herbert Kickl, have become much quieter.

04:23This, in turn, means that a new path may open up, which did not exist before.

04:31Von der Bellen said Nehammer is to remain in his position until he appoints a new chancellor.
