00:06where various exhibits showcasing the history and culture of the Bicol region were held.

00:12The details are in the news center of Floyd Brens.

00:17In a year of discovery and exploration,

00:21the National Museum of the Philippines, Bicol noticed

00:24the continuous rise of interest from visitors

00:28where it reached 40,000,

00:30a proof of the unparalleled enthusiasm and importance

00:35of people in the exciting culture and history of the region.

00:39According to the data released by the museum,

00:41an average of 3,300 visitors visit every month.

00:47But the biggest increase in people was in January 2024

00:52when it reached 5,506 to witness the magnificent exhibits of Bicol.

00:58One of the ten exhibits is the Bicolandia,

01:01land of volcanoes that contains botanical, geological, and geological specimens,

01:07rare species of plants, animals, and fossils

01:11that show the unique natural wealth of Bicol,

01:14along with the active volcanoes that hide in the hearts of every Bicolan.

01:18And of course, we can't miss the Mayon Volcano,

01:22the treasure trove of nature that always shines from the museum's viewing deck.

01:26An exhibit that will not only amaze you,

01:29but will give you a different feeling and respect for the beauty of Bicol.

01:34And this is good news!

01:35Starting Monday or tomorrow, January 6,

01:38the NMP Bicol will open every day from 9am to 5pm.

01:43A new destination that will surely bring unforgettable experiences,

01:48a journey that will remind us of the importance of our nature and culture.
