00:22That's where you require wisdom, to know the value of something in life.

00:29Wisdom is essentially about having a sound value system.

00:34What is worth having?

00:35What is worth valuing?

00:37What is important?

00:38What is not?

00:39And what is important to begin with?

00:41Freedom is important.

00:42Truth is important.

00:43Clarity is important.

00:44Compassion is important.

00:46These are important things and they have very high value.

00:50And if they have very high value, then something small can be sacrificed for them.
