People of Glasgow share their hopes for the full refurbishment of George Square

With George Square set to close until 2027 we asked Glaswegians what they’d like to see happen in is refurbishment.

00:08What would you like to see happen on George Square?

00:11What do you think should be added in?

00:13What do you think the council should be doing to it?

00:16It may be a public place, I would say, for the summer times.

00:20I think it should be maybe more like it possibly was in the past,

00:25where there was more of a community spirit thing there,

00:29with maybe more seating, a bit more grass.

00:34Apart from that, I think it's quite a nice place already.

00:37But apart from that, nothing else, no.

00:41Just a more kind of a community spirited situation, you know.
