00:00More than 8,000 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries in Western Visayas

00:05received almost 14,000 titles of their land for agriculture in 2024.

00:12More than 1.5 billion pesos of the agrarian debt was denied by the government.

00:24More than 8,400 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries in Western Visayas

00:31received more than 13,000 titles of their land for agriculture in 2024.

00:39According to the Department of Agrarian Reform in Western Visayas,

00:42more than 10,000 titles were distributed to Negros Occidental

00:46while more than 3,000 titles were distributed to ARBs in Panay and Guimaras.

00:52Most of the titles were distributed by President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

00:58during his visit to Bago City, Negros Occidental in April and Pasi City, Iloilo in September.

01:05The government also started the distribution of Certificate of Condemnation and Release of Mortgage or COCROM

01:10to ARBs under R.A. 11953 or the New Agrarian Emancipation Act that was passed by the President.

01:17More than 778.5 million pesos of debt was collected by the bank

01:22and more than 6,400 ARBs from Capiz, Guimaras and Iloilo were denied by the government.

01:28COCROM also distributed more than 6,100 ARBs to Negros Occidental

01:33with 816 million pesos of collected debt.

01:37As of 2025, the government's agricultural assistance will continue

01:41especially since the President believes that the success of every farmer is the success of every Filipino.
