00:00In the trial of the new year, the Department of Health or DOH has recorded 340 gunshot victims

00:10since December 22, last year, until this morning, January 1, this year, 2025.

00:18As for the firecracker-related injuries, there are 141 new cases today.

00:2511 more cases have been added since the late reporting.

00:28According to the DOH, there are still young gunshot victims,

00:34of which 299 are males, while 41 are females.

00:39Most of the cases are using illegal firecrackers, such as BOGA, Five Star, and Piccolo.

00:45Meanwhile, the Department of Health announced a lower rate of 64%

00:51for the newly recorded cases of gunshot injuries in the new year, 2025, compared to last year.

00:57The Department of Health is in the middle of a happy celebration of the new year.
