00:08is when I became a part of iWonder.

00:19Before I joined Mondona Showbiz,

00:22I tried different kinds of jobs.

00:25I worked in bookbinding.

00:28After that, I worked in fast food.

00:31I used to be a light man.

00:33While I was studying, I worked as a graveyard duty

00:37in a convenience store.

00:39After work, I went straight to school at 7 a.m.

00:44I hardly ever slept.

00:46That's why for today's adventure,

00:51to one of my favorite places in Bulacan.

00:55This place is located on the outskirts of Tinarayo.

01:03that is served as a tribute to the Bulacan people.

01:13their special dish since 1972

01:18is what their paroquians come back to.

01:25Sirkele of Aling Luring.

01:35It's made from pork insides.

01:41The ingredients are

01:44salmon,

01:45liver,

01:46and other parts of beef.

01:55in the outskirts of Bulacan.
