00:04Today we're starting at running backs.

00:06Saquon Barkley sits at the top at 9,600.

00:09You get a little bit of price relief from Bijan Robinson

00:11and a big game for his team at 8,900.

00:14And then there's James Cook, 8,800,

00:16the best running back that nobody knows about.

00:18Joe, take it from there.

00:20Well, look, I think last week we talked about James Cook

00:23going over, we even talked about ladder betting.

00:26The number was set somewhere in the mid-60s

00:27and he reached a hundred, right?

00:28We said, let's go ladder it all the way to a hundred.

00:30It's going to be a good day.

00:31Why? Because the New England Patriots don't tackle anybody.

00:34Well, the Jets are not that great

00:36against the run either, folks.

00:37Just hard truths here at this point in the season.

00:40And also, you know, you got to look at

00:42what everybody's got to play for at this point.

00:44James Cook is a nice, you know, 8,800,

00:48cheaper than Saquon Barkley.

00:49Now you're going to get a lot of Saquon in this game

00:50against the Dallas Cowboys, I would imagine for two reasons.

00:53Number one, we are still chasing a bit of history.

00:56Now you have to sit back as the coaching staff

00:59in the organization and say, okay,

01:00how much does the individual matter here

01:03in terms of setting records?

01:05And we know Saquon really doesn't seem to

01:07care too much about that.

01:09Would it be nice to get? Yes.

01:11But at the end of the day, he's about winning

01:13and he wants to go to the playoffs

01:15and he wants to have a deep run.

01:16He wants to get to a Super Bowl.

01:16That's why he left New York in the first place.

01:19So you have to manage him a little bit here

01:21because the last thing you want is to,

01:23A, have Saquon Barkley get hurt,

01:25B, have him be worn out by the time you get to the playoffs

01:27and get Jalen Hurts healthy.

01:29So just 9,600 to me is just too much.

01:33I'd rather pivot down to Bucky Irving at 8K.

01:35We talked about the Carolina Panthers

01:38and maybe having a little bit of a different situation too,

01:40where you throw Rashad White in a lineup

01:41or even both of them together,

01:43with Rashad White as a flex could be very useful.

01:45They're going to attack them on the ground.

01:47Sure, Mike Evans is going to get his.

01:49I love the Tampa stack this week.

01:50I think that's definitely where they go against Carolina,

01:52especially with Carolina.

01:53You know, they don't have Jonathan Brooks

01:55and now they don't have Chuba Hubbard, right?

01:56So we're down to third string running backs here.

01:59It's going to be a tough scenario for them.

02:00They've had Adam Thielen, Xavier Leguette injured.

02:02You know, they've had a lot of issues down the stretch.

02:05I think they have a lot to take

02:07from this second half of the season and say,

02:09hey, we're finally turning the corner on the misery

02:12that's been the Carolina Panthers for so long.

02:14But at the same time,

02:16I don't know if it's going to be that scenario

02:18this week in week 17.

02:20So give me Bucky Irving.

02:21He is my favorite running back play.

02:22Might be chalky, don't care.

02:24And then Jonathan Taylor was a man possessed last week

02:26after being a man who couldn't keep possession

02:28of the football the week before.

02:30Can he do it two weeks in a row?

02:31I think the answer is yes.

02:32So Taylor, Bucky Irving, very pricey running backs,

02:36but at the same time, I think running backs,

02:37you really want to start with as your core

02:40and fade the very top with Saquon.

02:41I just think it's going to be, again,

02:43a bit more of a management situation here

02:46with a couple of weeks left.

02:47I know they're chasing the one seed,

02:49but you don't want to end up with the one seed

02:51and end up with Saquon Barkley unavailable

02:53or hurt or tired or any of those scenarios.

02:55So you've got to manage them a little bit.

02:57It's been a while since Saquon Barkley

02:58played 17 games of the season.
