Two Australia team changes confirmed for Boxing Day Test against India

Australian batsman Travis Head was put through a fitness test at this morning’s practice session to be cleared of a quad strain. Captain Pat Cummins has confirmed two changes for tomorrow's fourth Test against India.

00:04Travis Head did have a few hurdles to tick to be cleared to play tomorrow, but Pat Cummins

00:08has confirmed he is good to go.

00:10Travis Head was put through a fitness test on the G this morning, doing a few run-throughs

00:14and some drills before heading out into the nets, but Cummins has confirmed we will see

00:19a fit and firing Travis Head out there tomorrow.

00:22Ticked off some final things today and yesterday, but yeah, no stress, no kind of worries about

00:27injury with Travis.

00:28So, he'll go into the game fully fit, I don't think you'll see too much management of him

00:33throughout the game.

00:34He just kind of plays as is, but maybe around fielding, if he's a bit uncomfortable we will,

00:39but he's, yeah, fully fit.

00:42Sam Constance will also make his debut here on the MCG tomorrow.

00:45Now, Pat Cummins did weigh in on what we can expect from the 19-year-old.

00:49Pat Cummins was only 18 when he made his debut, so Constance will be the youngest player since

00:54Cummins did back when he was 18.

00:56Now, he did say while you can't argue with experience, there is something to be said

01:00about ignorance really is bliss.

01:03That's the message to Sam, that's definitely how I felt as an 18-year-old, I was just really

01:07excited and once the game started you go into game mode and it's just like any other game.

01:13So to wrap it all up, Sam Constance comes in for Nathan McSweeney to partner Usman Khawaja

01:17at the top of the order, while Scott Bolan, the Boxing Day hero, will come in.
