00:00The Philippine National Police considered the spreading of the memorandum on social media as fake news.

00:06They first cancelled the distribution of the Service Recognition Incentive or SRI of the police for 2024.

00:14According to the PNP, the SRI of the police is still being processed to distribute it immediately to their qualified personnel.

00:22According to the PNP Public Information Office, the approval of PNP Chief Police General Romel Francisco Marbil will serve as a guide

00:31for the proper distribution of the fund.

00:34According to the PNP, their personnel and public should be vigilant and be aware of the documents that are being distributed online

00:43that aim to destroy the integrity of their organization.

00:47Following this, Marbil ordered an in-depth investigation into this matter

00:53in order to investigate and find out who else is spreading false information.
