00:44In your view, the 25 people who attacked the military installations, was their punishment justified?

00:52There are four aspects to this. First, if someone has broken the law, then he should be punished.

01:02But the second aspect is that the court that tried them, did they have the right or should they have been tried?

01:18So my opinion is that the civilian should not be tried in a military court.

01:26Here I am speaking with clarity. First, if someone has committed a crime, whether it is Zahid or Bakar,

01:34he should be punished. This should not have happened. This is wrong, what happened on the 9th May.

01:40But the second thing is that his trial in a military court, if he is a civilian, then he should not be tried in a military court.

01:50And the third thing with this is that whether the material, the judgment has come forward,

01:57because the detailed judgment does not happen on the military court site,

02:01so now if the judgment still comes forward, then it can be guessed whether there is such material

02:10against the people who have been punished, whether it exists or not. This will be the next question.

02:29or whether the method of establishing the evidence has been established or not, again this question will remain.

02:38And then the last question, the fourth thing is that the discussions that were going to take place

05:32So you are saying that if the PTI demands that a judicial commission should be made or a commission for inquiry should be made,

05:39then can the government say yes to that matter?
