00:59resilience and spirit to come from behind and to snatch a late point. That came courtesy

01:04of George Lloyd after an own goal had got Town back into it. George Lloyd capitalising

01:09on a spilled cross from Sam Tickle, smashing it into the back of the net to get Salop their

01:14late late equaliser. Tom Bloxham a difference maker, substitutes making a big difference

01:19too but it was a really good point for Shrewsbury. There is still areas to improve, there's so

01:26many areas for Gareth Ainsworth to still improve but his passion for this job, I've just spoken

01:32to him post-match and you can see the passion that he's got. He's absolutely delighted by

01:37that result and I think that it can only be a positive thing. They've shown resilience

01:43under him on a couple of occasions, yes they have got to sort out the defending and the

01:48silly mistakes that they keep making. It was a criminal first goal to concede from

01:52a set-piece. Fellow Asgard, obviously Gareth Ainsworth pointed out in his pre-match press

01:56conference what a threat fellow Asgard was but they just gave him too much space to volley

02:01home, brilliant finish nonetheless and very similar costly error for the second goal but

02:06they did show that character and that is exactly what they need. Plenty gone on today, obviously

02:11Jamal Blackman made his first start in goal for Shrewsbury Town, made a couple of good

02:16saves and showed some particular confidence in goal on his first start. He signed a short-term

02:22deal that was exclusively broken by the Shropshire Star at around 12.30pm or about 1pm today

02:28this afternoon. It's a positive for Shrewsbury, Gareth Ainsworth wants Shrewsbury to build

02:32on that now and that is something that they certainly will be looking to do when they
