Welcome to Warwick Visitor Information Centre. When you arrive here, this is the first place
00:09
to come. We can provide you with our Warwick Visitor Guide, which opens out into a town
00:16
map and it also gives details of the many beautiful attractions that you can go and
00:22
visit in Warwick.
00:24
Welcome to the Lord Leicester Hospital in Warwick. The properties behind me were made
00:29
by local artists and members of the public and some staff members too. This particular
00:35
hospital was founded in 1571 by a gentleman by the name of Robert Dudley, one of the earls
00:42
of Leicester. We are called brothers and in charge of us we have a master and that master
00:49
I have to say has done an excellent job in looking after this place and looking after
00:53
us. We're open every day of the week except Mondays and please come and have a look around
00:59
this magnificent building. It's well worth a visit and your ticket will last for a whole
01:03
12 months so you can come as many times as you wish.
01:06
Hey guys, welcome to Smith Street Collective. I'm Stephen and this is our shop. The greatest
01:12
thing about being on Smith Street is the community. We have a great group of shop owners and business
01:17
owners on the street who all work together and we're just surrounded by just really good
01:21
people who really want Smith Street to succeed. As you can see we're gearing up for Christmas
01:25
now. We've got all our chocolates out, we're starting to get all our cards ready. You'll
01:30
see around the place we've got lots of gift ideas so please do pop in and have a look.
01:34
Hello, welcome to Dog Deli. When you shop locally it stays local and it supports your
01:40
local community. It builds communities and maintains communities. So for this Christmas
01:45
come to Warwick, shop local, support local business.
01:50
Welcome to our wonderful shop, Mary's Sweet Memories in the centre of Warwick. Out of
01:55
all of the sweets in our sweet shop, Warwick Mix would most represent Warwick. It's like
02:01
Warwick is a great mix historically. You know, just like this jar with great flavours, you've
02:06
got loads of restaurants here that are great and really we are a great mix of independent
02:12
shops. So come along, come to Warwick and try us out.
02:18
Hello everyone and welcome to Warwick Books, based right here in the square. Please do
02:22
come and say hello as we love all our visitors who visit us and say what a lovely little
02:27
town it is. Super quaint and definitely a must visit. See you soon.
02:31
Hello and welcome to Torys Hardware and DIY. Torys has been a part of Warwick for nearly
02:38
60 years. We stock almost everything from housewares to decorating, plumbing, electrical
02:45
and we have a wood workshop where we can cut your wood to the size you require. Warwick
02:50
has a great array of independent shops run by really enthusiastic people who care about
02:58
Warwick and care about Warwick doing well. So there's something to suit everybody.
03:03
I'm Lydia. We are here today at Warwick Street Kitchen Bakery on Cote and End in Warwick.
03:10
We are a purpose built bakery where everything is made fresh every day. We serve speciality
03:14
coffee and a seasonal menu. People keep coming back to Warwick because there is such a great
03:20
diverse range of small independent businesses. There's loads of great tourist attractions.
03:24
The community vibe is awesome. So one visit just isn't enough. And obviously you've got
03:29
Warwick Street Kitchen. So with winter coming, come and warm up with us.
03:32
Hello, I'm Hannah and I'm from the Oaken Tea Rooms. I think spicy chai tea describes Warwick
03:40
best at Christmas because there's lots going on and it's also warm and comforting. If you're
03:47
looking for presents for the people who've got everything, we have jams and chutneys
03:52
and tea of course, coffee locally roasted and also we have lots of gift vouchers. So
03:57
if people want to enjoy an afternoon tea later on next year, they can do that as well.
04:02
Hello, welcome to Spoon and Whisk. This is our artisan cafe here in Warwick where we make all
04:07
sweet treats in-house. We are most known for our brownies, which are all homemade, as well as our
04:12
pastries, flapjacks and many more. I think the dessert that relates to Warwick most would be
04:17
our banana chocolate chip cake because a lot of people like to come here to try it, which brings
04:22
a sense of community, which I like to think Warwick is so known for. We are based here in
04:26
Warwick Town Centre, a one-minute walk away from St. Mary's Church. So come and have a try of coffee
04:31
and our sweet treats and don't forget to bring your dog too, as we are dog-friendly.
04:34
Hey, I'm Katie. I'm Twice. This is Doe and Brew. We are the home of sourdough pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.
04:44
We do some extravagant toppings to go on those pizzas. Amazing food and drinks from independent
04:52
artisan businesses like this one and of course the best pizza and cocktails in town at Doe and Brew.
05:00
Hi guys, welcome to Warwick and welcome to Ronnie's Spa. Now I was asked a very important question
05:06
and that was if Warwick had a cocktail, what would it be? Let's make one together. The flag of Warwick
05:12
happens to be the bear and the ragged staff, so we've come up with the Bear Necessity, which is a
05:19
very special cocktail made here at Ronnie's and you need to come and visit if you haven't already been here.
05:26
Hi, my name's Jodie and welcome to the Warwick Arms Hotel. We're a boutique hotel with 40 bedrooms
05:31
based right in the heart of Warwick Town Centre. So Warwick is a traditional market town. We have
05:35
the market in the square every Saturday where you get your traditional produce and food and sometimes
05:40
a funfair in the winter markets if you're lucky. Our guests as well are invited to join us in our
05:44
brand new 1717 restaurant which has just relaunched this year and our bar as well hosting a selection
05:50
of local gins and speciality cocktails. We're a walking distance away from local attractions like
05:55
the Castle and the Riverwalks and pop into our bar anytime we've got our cake and coffee deal
06:01
in the week and then our bar's open till late, so come join us.
06:06
Hi, I'm Sharon from Envy Her in Warwick. I've been here now for 17 glorious years and something
06:13
just keeps me here because it's magical. As you can see we're very magic in Warwick. We are full
06:19
of independent stores with a complete unique look. If you want something different, if you want
06:26
something unique and you want something very quirky then this is the store to come to. We have plenty
06:32
of other stores as well in Warwick, many many independents and we're very proud to be here in
06:38
Warwick today. Hi everyone, welcome to Cocoa Rose. I'm Rebecca and if you're looking for a fabulous
06:44
Christmas gift for all of your loved ones, something unique, then Warwick's a fantastic
06:49
place to come. We've got some great restaurants and pubs and some unique hotels for you to stay in
06:56
so it'd be great if you would come and visit us and have a look. Hi everyone, I'm Daniel. Welcome to
07:01
House of Harris. This is the interior design showroom based here in Warwick and what we do is we
07:07
offer an interior design service. I think what Warwick has that all the other towns don't have
07:13
is a polyton vibe which is you know like people can go to a town and shop whereas Warwick isn't
07:20
like any other town because it's got the beautiful architecture, it's got the history, it's got Warwick
07:25
Castle so all these elements combined gives you the ultimate shopping experience and yeah it's
07:31
got a great variety for everyone to enjoy.
07:36
Welcome to Warwick Sports. We're a family-run independent sports shop in the heart of Warwick
07:41
and not to forget very dog friendly. I think visitors love coming to Warwick because it's a
07:45
beautiful historic traditional market town with a wonderful range of independent businesses who are
07:52
very passionate about what they do so it's certainly worth a visit. We look forward to
07:56
seeing you all in Warwick very soon. Hello my name's Kevin from Heafy's Menswear here in Warwick
08:01
that has been tailoring gentlemen for a long long time. We sell stinnered suits, we sell casual
08:07
clothing like jackets, trousers, shirts, knitwear and we also do a really good wedding hire. I think
08:15
customers should shop local because they're supporting small businesses local to the
08:20
community and getting something different for their money. If you're looking for some casual
08:25
clothing, some nice menswear, we have something here so support Heafy's in Warwick. Hello and welcome
08:31
to Present Days Warwick. I'm Natasha. I'm Rachel. Present Days has been here 47 years an independent
08:38
shop. Lovely for you to come and get some gifts, cards, jelly cat, big jelly cat collection here.
08:44
There's a real sense of community with such a buzz within the town and we have got the most
08:49
amazing Christmas shop upstairs so if you want to get into your Christmas shopping
08:55
we'll help you find the perfect gift for your loved ones.
09:00
Welcome to Be Optimistic where you'll find crystals, minerals and fossils as well as associated items
09:07
like jewellery, anything made out of crystals really. There's things in here to suit every
09:13
budget from small pocket money things to larger pieces so whatever you're looking for for Christmas
09:20
for something unique and different that no one else will have, come by. I'm Michelle from Trinkets
09:27
and Treasures in Warwick. Here at Trinkets and Treasures we put a lot of effort into our customers
09:34
because basically without our customers and our regular customers we wouldn't have a business.
09:39
It's just a big big dream of ours really without the people of Warwick we wouldn't be able to have
09:44
this dream so we're here for them as much as they're here for us because without our customers
09:49
we wouldn't be able to have our dream and we do like to thank all of our customers. Welcome to
09:54
Warwick Antiques Centre if you haven't been here before you're missing out on something.

10:15
their varied stock there's lots to see and we're easy going and we've got lots of nice things.
10:22
