00:25The W13 Highway Department of DPWH is investigating a steel sheet pile and the placement of soil
00:33in a damaged road on the national highway in Barangay Cabutagan in the town of Lupin, Camarinesur.
00:39The soil has already accumulated at the bottom of the road in the affected area due to the rainfall in the past few days.
00:45This is the agency's short-term solution to pass through the two-way portion of the road so that traffic can pass through the area.
00:54According to the Lupin Municipal Police Station, the length of traffic in the area has reached up to 7 kilometers.
01:01Traffic is also increasing in the town of Sitoko and in the town of Ragay due to the road blocking of DPWH.
01:09Currently, the authorities are implementing the 15-30-minute stop-and-go scheme so that traffic can pass smoothly in the area.
