00:00The Office of the Special Assistant to the President, or OSAP, strongly condemns the recent killings in Raja Buayan Maguindana Udol Sur.

00:08Heartfelt condolences are extended to the family of Jean Uto Luminda Basalo and her 3-month-old daughter.

00:16The national government remains committed to ensuring the safety of all citizens and will not tolerate acts of violence.

00:25Coordination with local law enforcement is ongoing to conduct a swift and thorough investigation and bring the perpetrators to justice.

00:35Efforts are being made now to prevent similar incidents and to strengthen security measures in the affected area.

00:42The commitment to fostering peace and stability extends not just to Raja Buayan, but to the entire region.
