President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Dec. 19, 2024 says it is still too early for him to decide Mary Jane Veloso’s appeal for clemency. Veloso, who spent 15 years on death row in an Indonesian jail on drug trafficking charges, arrived in the Philippines this week.
