00:13Well, maybe. Maybe it has something to do with it. But I think it's because it's frustrating. This morning, we're doing our best to try to alleviate the hardships that people are going through.
00:43My concern is that people are beginning to understand what we're trying to do. They're beginning to feel the effects of it. So we must continue to do more and even try to do even better. So that's always an inspiration.
