The FSB has uncovered shocking details about the assassination of Russian General Igor Kirillov and his aide, Ilya Polikarpov, in a deadly Moscow blast. A 1995-born Uzbek citizen has been arrested for planting a homemade explosive device on an electric scooter near Kirillov’s residence.
Investigators claim the suspect was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence, promised $100,000, and relocation to Europe for completing the mission. Using a car with surveillance cameras, the suspect transmitted live footage of the scene to handlers in Ukraine before remotely detonating the bomb.
