00:24Veloso's arrival at C.I.W. will be followed by a 5-day quarantine.

00:40in accordance with the manual of the Bureau of Corrections for the acceptance and imprisonment of Persons Deprived of Liberty or PDL.

00:49At the same time, Veloso will be placed under mandatory orientation for those who are being imprisoned in the correctional facility.

01:02According to Fuqua Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr., Veloso will be placed in the Reception and Diagnostic Center or RDC.

01:10After this, he will be transferred to his designated facility in accordance with the approved resolution of the RDC Initial Classification Board.

01:18During the first five days of the quarantine, Veloso will be placed in a regular quarantine cell for medical observation.

01:27Veloso will also be interviewed by the C.I.W. overseer to get the personal information for his registration form and authorized PCR.
