00:30Mary Jane De Loso will be able to return to the Philippines.

00:34This is what Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin confirmed in a statement

00:38while thanking the Indonesian government.

00:41In fact, according to the information of the Philippine Foreign Affairs Department,

00:45Mary Jane arrived in the country at 6 a.m.

00:49Early in the morning, she will leave for Jakarta, Indonesia,

00:54after she moved there from Yogyakarta last Sunday.

00:58According to Executive Secretary Bersamin,

01:00this is the result of the efforts of the government to bring De Loso back

01:04through a good discussion between the two countries and the implementation of diplomacy.

01:09The government also insisted that the conditions of Indonesia

01:14for the transfer of De Loso to the jurisdiction of the Philippines should be equal.

01:17However, the administration insisted that Mary Jane's return to her own country and family

01:24that she has not been with for a long time.

01:26According to the Bureau of Corrections,

01:28the country's delegation is currently in Indonesia

01:31to bring De Loso to the presidency of the Bucor Director General Gregorio Pio Katapang Jr.

01:39Upon arrival in the country, Mary Jane will serve as a newly committed PDL

01:45in the Correctional Institution for Women

01:48where medical observations such as medical and physical examinations will be conducted

01:57De Loso will remain in the Reception and Diagnostic Center for less than 60 days.
