00:00A tricycle driver did not return home from the Christmas party

00:08in Zaraga, Iloilo after a gunman shot him.

00:12According to the police, the victim, who was fighting the gunman in the middle of the street,

00:16said some insulting words.

00:20The gunman returned home and took a gun and shot the tricycle driver.

00:25The victim died in the hospital.

00:27The suspect was arrested and a homemade shotgun was recovered,

00:30but he refused to take the gun.

00:33He was jailed and was charged with murder.
